Project Abstract

Proper record-keeping remains a critical challenge for small- to medium-scale poultry operations, directly impairing farm sustainability and financial tracking. Field observations and interviews with local poultry producers reveal that a majority fail to maintain accurate operational data due to a reliance on manual, paper-based tracking methods. These traditional systems frequently lead to data loss, unaccounted expenses, and inaccurate profit projections. To address these inefficiencies, this project presents the design and implementation of a web-based, batch-focused record management system with an intuitive English-language interface. HTML forms the structural blueprint for data input forms and tables. CSS provides responsive styling for clean, intuitive UI layouts across devices. JavaScript drives client-side logic, calculating expenses, profits, and batch metrics dynamically while saving data locally using web storage. By systematically tracking batch production metrics, daily operational expenses, and profit margins, the system provides a reliable framework for real-time financial oversight. Adopting this automated record management solution empowers poultry producers to minimize
