Project Abstract
CyberShield ZM is a static cybersecurity awareness website designed to help Zambian internet users develop safer digital habits. As the use of mobile money, social media, online services, and digital communication increases, users face growing risks from phishing, scams, suspicious links, weak passwords, and mobile money fraud. CyberShield ZM addresses this challenge by providing clear, practical, and accessible cybersecurity education. The platform includes learning materials, safety resources, interactive awareness tools, and a quiz that helps users recognize common cyber threats. Its tools provide password-strength guidance and identify common warning signs associated with suspicious links. Built entirely with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, the project requires no backend, database, or user authentication, making it lightweight and accessible in a static web environment. CyberShield ZM aims to improve cybersecurity awareness, encourage safer digital decisions, and make basic cyber safety knowledge easier for everyday users to understand and apply.
