Project Abstract

Abstract
This project presents an Interactive Web Development (IWD) platform designed to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers through an integrated online recruitment system. The platform enables job seekers to create profiles, upload resumes, and apply for job openings, while employers can post vacancies, review applicants, and manage recruitment pipelines. A core feature of the system is the online interview module, which allows employers to schedule and conduct interviews directly through the platform, eliminating the need for external communication tools. The system incorporates role-based authentication to distinguish between job seekers and employers, a search and filtering mechanism to match candidates with relevant opportunities, and an application tracking system that updates status from submission through to hiring decisions. Built using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a server-side framework with database support, the platform aims to simplify and modernize the recruitment process, making it faster, more transparent, and accessible for both parties involved.
