Earth Link Graphic Studio is a database driven web system designed to transition a graphic design studio from a static to an interactive client management platform. Built on a client-server framing locally hosted via XAMPP, the system connects a dynamic web interface to a normalized relational database backend. The database organizes core operational entities, including dynamic portfolio items, client contact messages, administrative credentials, and subscriber mailing lists. To safeguard system functionality and protect persistent data, query execution relies on prepared statements and input sanitization to eliminate SQL injection vulnerabilities and enforce referential integrity. Server controls regulate file upload restrictions for portfolio media and enforce session based authorization to secure administrative access. System evaluation confirmed structured data transfer and efficient query processing, providing a reliable software model to automate client interaction for the studio
