Students often, particularly those undertaking practical courses and engineering based programs may need specialized equipments for lab work, assignments, research and final projects. the challenges comes in to access such equipments which can be limited, while existing borrowing or rental process may rely more on informal arrangements, paper records or manual communication.
The system would serve as a centralized platform where students can discover, reserve, rent, collect and return academic items, which admins can control inventory, monitor equipments usage and manage transactions
