Loan Managment System

The Loan Financing Management System is a database project designed to manage loan financing operations efficiently. The system will store and manage information about clients, loan applications, loan accounts, repayments, disbursements, guarantors/collateral. It will allow authorized staff to register clients, evaluate and approve loan applications, disburse funds, record repayments and installments, track interest and penalties, and manage loan account statuses (active, overdue, closed, defaulted). The system will use a relational database to connect different records � linking clients to their loans, repayments, guarantors, and assigned staff � reducing data duplication and errors. A simple and user-friendly frontend will provide easy navigation through dashboards, forms, and search functions for tracking loan performance and client history. The project aims to improve data accuracy, security, organization, and accessibility while making loan processing, disbursement, and repayment tracking faster and more reliable.
