This project introduces a centralized digital solution to replace the inherent risks and inefficiencies of manual inmate record management through a high-performance interface. It establishes an interactive, real-time data entry system that streamlines the capture and management of critical personal, legal, and medical information using HTML for semantic layout, CSS for intuitive styling, Java and C++ for robust application logic and processing, and a backend database for secure storage and management of inmate records. Authorized personnel can efficiently input and retrieve comprehensive profiles, including full names, birth dates, nationality, detailed offense records, sentencing timelines, and medical history. Beyond data centralization, the system prioritizes security through strict authentication and defined user roles, ensuring sensitive information is protected within a structured digital environment. By leveraging these technologies, the system provides a reliable foundation for accurate, instant information retrieval and professional report generation, effectively modernizing the facility's administrative workflow.
