Abstract:
This project presents a backend system for Daka Systems Solutions, designed to support the management and processing of IT services, products, customer inquiries, and orders through a web-based platform. The backend will be developed using PHP for server-side processing, MySQL and SQL for database creation and management, and XAMPP as the local development environment. The system will allow information such as services, products, customer details, inquiries, and orders to be securely stored, retrieved, updated, and managed. PHP will facilitate communication between the frontend interface and the database, while MySQL will provide efficient storage and management of system data. The expected outcome is improved data management, faster processing of customer requests, reduced manual work, enhanced service delivery, and improved overall efficiency of Daka Systems Solutions.
