Prolificacy Events online Management and bookings

Prolificacy Events Online Management &Booking site, is a web-based system proposed to improve event planning, booking and client communication at Prolificacy Events, a small Zambian event planning business offering weddings, birthdays, meetings, baby showers, private dinners and other events. Currently, booking information may be received through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media and physical visits, making it difficult to organize client details, event dates and requirements. The proposed system will be a centralised platform where clients can view services and packages and submit booking requests online. Administrators will manage client information, bookings, services, packages and payment status. The system will be developed using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript, with responsive design for computers and mobile devices. The project will involve requirements analysis, design, development, testing and evaluation. The system is expected to improve booking organisation, accessibility,communication & efficiency while providing a foundation for future features such as online payments,notifications and calendar integration
