Medicare Clinic Management System

The MediCare Clinic Management System is a web-based application developed to improve the management of daily activities within a clinic. The system aims to replace inefficient manual processes involved in managing patient information, doctor records, appointments, and medical records. It will be developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The system will provide different levels of access for administrators, doctors, and receptionists. Administrators will manage users and general clinic information, receptionists will register patients and schedule appointments, while doctors will access patient information and record diagnoses, treatments, and other medical notes. The system will store information securely in a centralized MySQL database, making it easier to retrieve and update records when required. By providing a simple and organized platform, the system is intended to reduce paperwork, minimize errors, improve accessibility of patient information, and make clinic operations more efficient. The project will demonstrate how web-based technologies can be applied to solve common information management challenges in a healthcare environment.
